WHAT DOES 200 CALORIES LOOK LIKE?

I believe that a lot of people who are trying to lose weight or stay healthy are fooling themselves without even knowing it.
You might feel like you are not eating a lot and that your portions are way too small for you to possibly consume too many calories, but if you are eating the wrong foods it really doesn’t take that much to exceed your maintenance calories (the amount of calories you need to keep your weight the same).

To give some of you an idea of how much you are eating, without you having to count calories, I wanted to share this video I found. In this video you can see how much of a difference your food choices make when it comes to your calorie intake.

So as you can see there is a big difference in how many calories different foods contain.
