It’s the end of the month and it’s time to take a look at the cold showers challenge. Did one month of cold showers live up to the expectations? What happened and what didn’t happen? And are we going to continue taking cold showers after the challenge?
It’s been 20 days and 20 cold showers since we started the challenge and I think it’s time to look at the results we’ve had so far.
